Getting used to it.

You have probably heard the proverb of putting a frog in water, heating it to boiling, and the frog not jumping out before it’s boiled to death. The frog just gets used to it until it kills him.

The frog in the water thing is what is happening with the world and the Islamic State terrorists, savages, and killers. We are getting used to them.

Not too long along an American journalist was beheaded on a video. The world was SHOCKED. Then we were shocked that the President went and played golf after expressing his outrage! Very recently, the same Radical Islamic terrorists beheaded two Japanese men. It didn’t seem as shocking. Yesterday, we learned that a pilot from Jordan who was captured in December was put in a cage and burned alive to his death. The video of the event was put together into a recruiting video for more terrorists to join them.

We are SHOCKED again. Not by the two beheadings but by the pilot being burned alive. We are at a new level and we are adjusting to “get used to it.”

But some of us know this has to stop. We refuse to “get used to it.” Of course everyone is questioning what can we do? Many don’t want to put troops on the ground in the ISIS, ISIL, Radical Islamic terrorists, or murdering Muslims area. At present, there are some token aerial bombings taking place, but there is no clear strategy or plan how to truly defeat them. At present, they are winning; the rest of the world is losing.

I know I am a simple citizen in this country but I do have a strategy on how to defeat Islamic terrorists all around the world. I believe if the United States would use some the lessons of past victories we would defeat this enemy. If we follow this simple winning strategy then other nations would be emboldened and follow our example. Islamic extremists would never expose themselves again and the matter would be resolved.

First, what winning strategies am I referring to? Look at how the Allies defeated Germany and Japan in WWII. Germany believed in the Nazi cause and the Fuehrer Adolf Hitler. He was a messianic figure for them. This is what the German leadership believed in. Germany was defeated because we defeated what Germany believed in. The same was true of Japan. The Emperor was a “god” status, and the Japanese believed in him – to the death. We defeated Japan because we defeated what they believed in. When the Emperor offered his surrender, the Japanese people surrendered. We defeated what they believed in.

Now we come to the Radical Islamic terrorists. We must defeat what they believe in. They believe that they are “holy warriors doing Allah’s will.” They are waging “Jihad” (holy war). They also believe they will be successful by frightening the enemy to submit (Islam means submission). They shout “Allahu Akbar” (Allah is greater) when they attack to embolden themselves and to frighten their enemies. They use the Koran and their religious leaders to justify their barbarism in the name of Allah.

But before we can defeat the Islamic terrorists, we must overcome some of our own COWARDICE.

Here is my two-part comprehensive plan to defeat the enemy.

Part I addresses the will of the United States to lead fight.

  1. Arrest Valerie Jarett, the Iranian born, Muslim who is the primary advisor to President Obama. Charge her with treason.
  2. Demand that the President fire Susan Rice, the National Security Chairperson.
  3. Demand that the President fire Samantha Smith, the Ambassador to the United Nations.
  4. Demand that the President fire John Brennan, the head of the CIA.
  5. Demand that the President replace the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and retain the present Secretary of Defense.
  6. Replace these persons with skilled individuals that will work together to destroy Radical Islamic terrorists anywhere in the world.
  7. If the President fails to carry out steps one through six, impeach him. I believe Biden, even as a bumbling fool, can do better than Obama.
  8. Announce to our allies in the Middle East that the gloves are coming off and the United States is committed to using any and all of our arsenal to defeat the Islamic terrorists.
  9. Have the United States Congress declare war on the Islamic terrorist world, no matter what nation they may be in.

Part II addresses how we will destroy the Islamic terrorists.

  1. Using all media forms and geographical neighbors, inform all persons in terrorist-held areas to evacuate immediately. Inform them that failing to evacuate, they will be killed along with the terrorists—no exceptions—even for aid workers or journalists. The evacuation will be limited to one week. Immediately arrest any persons returning to their home countries that were in a terrorist area supporting the terrorists’ cause. Every person is to be vetted and imprisoned.
  2. Arrest every suspected Islamic radical in this country and begin the process of destroying every cell group and support group that can be found. Arrest them as spies for the Islamic State and expedite their trials and convictions. From arrest to conviction shall not exceed 30 days.
  3. Announce world wide the new weapon systems the United States will use in the fight against Islamic terrorists anywhere in the world. Develop video programs showing every bomb, missile, and round of ammunition being anointed with pig’s blood. Post these videos on all public social media sites for everyone to see.
  4. Invite Japanese, United Kingdom, French, Jordanian, and other nations to send persons to join American personnel to form international firing squads. Any terrorists captured anymore in the world will receive summary judgment and be immediately executed.
  5. Tie every Gitmo prisoner to a stake, pour pig blood on them, and shoot them in the head. Pile all of bodies together in a pit with pig carcasses and incinerate them. Video tape the entire event with patriotic music and send copies to all Muslim nations. Shut Gitmo down. We don’t need it anymore and won’t need it in the future.
  6. Conduct full cyber warfare on all Islamic extremist information sites denying their use. Pass new laws against forming new sites advocating any form of Jihad or violence against innocents. Conduct full electronic warfare and shut down all Islamic State terrorist communications including cell phones, fiber optic links or electronic communications with anyone in the world. Set up a single hard-wired communication link “a hot line” for them to surrender.
  7. Supply ammunition and weapons to any nation willing to fight Islamic terrorists. Supply weapons to the Kurds specifically.
  8. Begin a strategic bombing campaign destroying every vehicle, building, and resource in Islamic terrorist control including oil facilities and essential resources. Bomb them like Germany and Japan were bombed. Not one structure or resource should remain. Take them back to the Stone Age. Interdict every aircraft, truck, or camel caravan supplying anything to the Islamic area. Nothing goes in and nothing goes out. Everyone there is to die unless they fully surrender.
  9. Should a large concentration of the Islamic State terrorists be formed in Syria or northwest Iraq, use a single tactical nuclear weapon.
  10. Prepare and establish combat brigades ready to sweep whatever remains with a “take no prisoner” operational directive.

Are you SHOCKED yet? This is what it will take to defeat them. We must prove to them that their god is not greater – their god is death to them.

I refuse to “get used to” the Islamic terrorists any longer. No more propaganda from them. It is time to end this. There are a lot of innocent people who are Muslims who will thank us later.

Detached from Reality

Detached from Reality

I didn’t listen to the President’s State of the Union speech.  It is not because he is not a good orator..  I just can’t take anymore of his rhetoric that is detached from reality.  I did hear some commentary about his speech (both liberal and conservative), pretty much what I expected.  He lays claim to good things he has not done and those things that are not so good, he ignores and claims no knowledge or responsibility. 

Can we just speak a little bit of reality for a moment?

The President is more sympathetic to the concerns of the Muslim world than he is to this country.  He filled out his application for President marking the “Christian” box, but in practice he is a Muslim.

The President hates this country.  He doesn’t like its history, the military, citizens acting patriotic, saluting the flag, or Fourth of July parades.  Hometown America is not his experience with little league baseball, the FFA, and the county fair.  He has no identity with people that actually live, work, and die in this country.

He has never served in the military, worked in a common labor job, nor accomplished anything that wasn’t literally facilitated, subsidized, or given to him by governmental regulations.  As a result, he can’t relate to taxpayers and the citizens who work for a living successfully.

His idea of a jobs program is hiring more government employees.  His idea of helping people is to make them completely dependent on a government program.  His idea of true advancement is funding some university to study flatulence of cows and the impact on global warming.

He is narcissistic, a pathological liar, and enjoys running his own “James Bond” style of foreign policy out of the White House. 

The day is coming when he will not be the President.  His own liberal friends will then declare that he was a terrible disappointment.  His former aides will write books and viciously tear him limb from limb.  Al Sharpton, of course, will call it racism.  The President will be forced to play golf at his local golf course, pay his own green fees, and have a hard time getting a foursome that will play with him.

Let me conclude with this:

I believe God gave this President to the United States.  His purpose in doing so was to judge us harshly.  Our nation has already seen its best days.  We have been measured and found wanting.  We will soon be slipping into the history books, as other nations have, choosing not to be “One nation under God” but instead a “Chaotic Morass Detached from Reality.”

Violence in Jerusalem

The acts of violence against the citizens of Israel in the last few weeks are too numerous to mention here.  If by chance you made a quick trip to the moon and just got back, things in Israel are bad.  Fear of terrorism is rampant.  Israel is placing armed guards at the entrances to virtually all public places now including synagogues, schools, stores, and all public areas. 

The Palestinians meanwhile are rejoicing over the deaths of their suicide attackers proclaiming them heroes and praying that the “spirit of the terrorists” will prevail over the rest of the Jewish people.  They are called “defenders of the Mosque in Jerusalem and of the Palestinian people.”

The world, on the other hand, stares on in silence and blames the Israelis.  A recent CNN news reporter parroted the Hamas line that since all citizens serve in the IDF then all citizens of Israel are legitimate targets for attack.  According to them this includes two-year old children and old people; it is not limited to uniformed forces as the rest of the world declares.  What is worse is that this CNN reporter and apparently other Americans think the same way.

Most people don’t know this but Hamas is the organization that pays for the Palestinian administrators that run the Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock (they call it the Noble Sanctuary), but it is referred to in Israel as the “Temple Mount.”  It is believed that the Jewish Temple was there before the Romans destroyed it.  The “so called” provocations against Israel about the temple mount have been proved time and again to be total fabrications and lies.  Yes, there are Jews who want to pray on the mount, and they would like a designated area for them to set a cornerstone and erect an altar.  The Jewish Supreme Court has already ruled that Jews have a right to be there; however, the police get to limit the activity due to “security” issues. Presently, the riots and attacks throughout Jerusalem and Israel stem from the lies and rhetoric from the Hamas-controlled religious leaders in Jerusalem.  Their position is clear.  They forbid any Jews from accessing the area (including the Kotel).  The present status quo is becoming untenable even though Prime Minister Netanyahu is doing his best to keep it going.

Hamas, as you know, just lost another Gaza missile war and has decided to use the temple mount issue to inspire personal attacks in Jerusalem.  Does the world know this?  Yes.  Does this change anything for them?  No.  Israel is somehow still guilty of something and should be blamed for the trouble.

So what is Israel doing to try and quell the problems and get back to some kind of peace in the streets?   First, they have called up more police and military units to patrol and guard the public areas.  Secondly, they bulldoze the homes of any terrorist attacker.  Thirdly, they are asking for help from other nations such as the United States and Europe (who fund the Palestinians to do what they do).  Fourth, Netanyahu is trying to get back to the status quo by vowing not to change anything on the temple mount; i.e., prohibit religious Jews from going up to the mount.

But here is why the efforts of Israel will not work.  First, the Palestinians are bloodthirsty killers taught from the earliest age to slaughter Jews.  Given their dire social and economic status, made even worse by the Palestinian leadership they view dying as an option.  They think they will be heroes and go to heaven to have all of the sex they can desire.  Simply put, they are out of their ever lovin’ minds.  Secondly, God’s word says there will be an altar on the temple mount with the daily sacrifice.  It also goes on to say that it will be shut down.  That particular event will be part of the prophecy of the Abomination of Desolation (the start of the Great Tribulation).  No Mabel, there is no rapture before the Great Tribulation.  While I admire Prime Minister Netanyahu greatly, his policy of keeping the status quo will not stand against God fulfilling His prophetic word.  Thirdly, the double standard used by the nations against Israel will permit Israel to do anything in a reasonable fashion concerning this matter.

Very soon, the following things will happen but not necessarily in this sequence.  There will be war in the Middle East.  The Arabs and Palestinians will lose badly.  The government of Israel will yield to prayer on the temple mount.  An altar will be built.  The Mosque and Dome will not be hindered.  Israel will be condemned.  Churchmen will condemn Israel and the altar together.  The altar will be forced to shut down.  The Great Tribulation 1,290 day count will begin.  Churchmen will argue that the Great Tribulation has not begun because they haven’t been raptured yet.  The antimessiah and the false prophet will begin to rise in the midst of the controversy on the temple mount.  Churchmen who blasphemed the altar will die first.  The Revelation judgments will fall on the earth.  Those who believe in the God of Israel will escape, survive, and endure.  The Lord returns in the days after the Tribulation.  The enemies of God are dust and ashes.  The kingdom begins.

As we stand at this moment in late November, what are the odds that the altar could be built on the temple mount soon?  I don’t know the answer to that yet, but every time an Israeli is killed in random acts of terror in Jerusalem, the resolve of those who want to build the altar increases and Netanyahu’s policy to maintain the status quo decreases. Could the altar be set up and shut down somewhere in December, January, or February?  The probability of that is higher than in any time in history.  That means that this winter could be the start.  Passover in April 2015 could be the time to escape.

Oh by the way, setting aside the altar and temple mount issue… You do know that there is a foreboding sense of bad things coming.  We are talking about anarchy, economic collapse, war, famine, disease, and massive death tolls.  That’s just for America; the rest of world will even be worse.

Assassination Attempt on Rabbi Yehuda Glick

On the evening of October 29, a leading activist for Jewish prayer on, and the building of, the altar on the temple mount was shot by a Palestinian man riding a motorcycle in Jerusalem.  Police tracked the assassin to another location where he resisted arrest and was killed in a shoot-out.  Rabbi Yehuda Glick is a member of the Temple Mount Faithful and has been one the leaders in Israel calling for Jewish sovereignty on the temple mount.  In recent days, Palestinian President Abbas called for a fatah (all means) to be used to prevent Jewish prayer on the temple mount. 

The tension toward the temple mount and the issue of Jews being able to access it for prayers has been building since this summer.  It comes amid Jewish leaders vowing to sacrifice a lamb on the mount this coming Passover.  The Palestinians have become enraged to the point of increasing attacks on Jewish cities and in Jerusalem.  Statistically, more than 5,000 attacks have been recorded in the month of October alone in Israel.  In effect, a third intifada (uprising) is underway.

Prophetically, we know that the sign of the beginning for the Great Tribulation centers on the altar being on the temple mount.  Jewish efforts to rebuild the altar and revive prayers on the temple mount are a prerequisite to the prophecy.  You must have an altar operating first before you can fulfill the prophecy of shutting it down.

The central act of shutting down the altar requires two groups of people.  One group must want to set up the altar and operate it.  We now see that very group in the efforts of Rabbi Glick and those with him.  The same group has also gathered the stones and other material to construct the altar.  The second required group to complete the prophecy of shutting down the altar must be opposed to the Jews and their efforts to rebuild the altar.  We now see that very group in the efforts of the Palestinians and their opposition.

The attempt on Rabbi Glick’s life testifies to the tension and defines the landscape for the prophecy to be fulfilled.  Furthermore, the prophecy goes on to say that once the altar is stopped, two men will emerge prophesying on either side of the cold altar.  They are called the two witnesses in the book of Revelation.  They announce to the world each of the judgments that God will put upon the world during the Great Tribulation.  Like Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh, the two witnesses will declare the purposes and judgments of God.  Interestingly, there will be violent attempts to remove these two witnesses, but the Scripture explains that they will be protected for 1,260 days while they prophesy.  The violence prophesied to be against them is now plausible today with the attempt against the life of Yehuda Glick.  The tension level has now satisfied that prerequisite for the prophesy.

Are we getting closer to the Great Tribulation?  A reasonable person would have to conclude that.  Will the Great Tribulation begin this winter?  We await the construction of the altar before we can answer that with any certainty.  I suggest that we pray for the peace of Jerusalem while we wait.

 

Sukkot Success!

This year’s Feast of Tabernacles hosted by Lion and Lamb Ministries was incredible.  A record number of brethren from 38 different states, 4 provinces of Canada, and two families from South Africa attended.  Even though three evening programs were postponed due to the blessed rain, we still had a joyous time of worship under the stars and in the moonlight. I want to again thank not only those who joined us but those who worked hard preparing for and then supporting the activities of the feast.  To all of the team leaders, key members of the teams, the volunteers, and the Lion and Lamb Ministries employees, my hat is off to you all!

Many reported that there was a “very sweet spirit” in the camp and many first-timers were blown away by it.  Thank you, Lord!  But one of the things that encouraged me the most was the number of brethren who are paying attention to the end-time events and exhibited confidence in the Lord for the days ahead.  The world is increasingly losing it, and soon fear and panic will be commonplace.  But those who trust the Lord will not be moved!

If the Lord tarries, plan now to be part of Tabernacles 2015!  It’ll change your whole disposition for the better.  …and don’t say you can’t do it.  More than 25 percent of the camp was over 65 years of age.
